A seemingly mundane incident is the catalyst for our story when Clark Kent interviews a recently successful businessman and finds him to be… bored. But, things make an upward turn as Superman takes on a dangerous new threat known only as “the Lamite” as Michael looks at the fifth storyline from the Sundays installments of the Superman newspaper strip. Beware of giant spiders.

Plus, someone discovers that Superman and Clark Kent are one in the same. Can our hero stop the secret from getting out? All in a day’s work for Superman.

But, the good news is, there’s plenty of the action, intrigue and insanity we’ve come to love in Superman’s Golden Age adventures, as Clark Kent and Lois Lane (and Superman!) set out to aid a relief fund for a war-stricken foreign nation.
